We are a company leader in construction, masonry, finishing touches, big-scope remodeling; in addition, we offer the services of inspection of construction sites, and appraisals in general, counting on highly skilled and vastly experienced personnel.
By the beginning of 1994 and after a restructuration, the company continues under the name JOAMA CONTRATISTAS, S.A., as it’s nationally known today, working on projects and participating on bids for different government entities and in the private sector. We have accomplished this, due to our high technical skills, and a vast experience gain and forge in the science of construction.
Our will of achieving the highest levels of quality, security and our great commitment to satisfy and exceed our client expectations, has allows us to gain a privilege position in the areas of commercial, residential and industrial construction, given us the opportunity to work with diverse clients in all of Panama.
Financial Strength:
Our financial capability is solid; we have the support of the main banks in our country: HSBC, GLOBAL BANK, BANCO GENERAL, METROBANK and MULTIBANK. In addition, we maintain credit with all of our local and international suppliers. We also have a portfolio of bonds, which is supported by these companies: ASSA, GLOBAL BANK, and AMERICAN INSSURANCE.
