PCC3 is a 15,000 square meter warehouse which was finished in October 2011. This warehouse is located in Howard (Panama Pacifico), this project incluted: Fundation, Infaestructure, Concrete floor, Masonry works, Sprinkler Systems, Plumbing, electricity, doors and windows. The structure and cealing where prefabricated in USA and supply by Allied Steel, istallation was done for both. In addition, interior improvements where done at a price of 1.4M
